Health Education England now offer MANTRA training for clinicians working in an adult NHS eating disorders service in England. This training runs annually and involves 5 virtual teaching days over the year together with fortnightly small group supervision. Team leads are asked to submit nominations for this course annually and individuals can not directly book onto the course. Queries can be sent to MANTRA4NHS@slam.nhs.uk.
Training packages can also be arranged for NHS eating disorder services in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, again by emailing MANTRA4NHS@slam.nhs.uk.
We do not currently have training courses specifically for MANTRA with children or adolescents.

Mary Franklin-Smith and Helen Startup are running a 1-day online masterclass on group MANTRA treatment. The training is suitable for those familiar with individual MANTRA. The online MANTRA training platform is currently in development. If you wish, you can register your interest for when the training goes live. When available, the online training will take you through the core components of MANTRA with interactive examples of core treatment techniques.
